Water 3 Engineering (W3E) specializes in full-service water resources
engineering. Our services consist of the planning, design, and
construction management of water, wastewater and recycled water
projects. Offices are located in Irvine and Escondido, California.
The founders of the firm, Scott Goldman, P.E., and Don Bunts, P.E., have nearly 50 years of combined experience. Senior staff engineers and others provide additional experience in the planning, design and construction management of water, wastewater and recycled water facilities. Each staff member has developed their own unique talent and expertise through involvement in numerous projects throughout the southwest.
