Water 3 Engineering (W3E) specializes in full-service water resources engineering. Our services consist of the planning, design, and construction management of water, wastewater and recycled water projects. Offices are located in Irvine and Escondido, California.

The founders of the firm, Scott Goldman, P.E., and Don Bunts, P.E., have nearly 50 years of combined experience. Senior staff engineers and others provide additional experience in the planning, design and construction management of water, wastewater and recycled water facilities. Each staff member has developed their own unique talent and expertise through involvement in numerous projects throughout the southwest.

Specializing in full-service water resources engineering, there is a diversified list of services W3E has the expertise to provide clients. These services involve many aspects of planning, design and construction. In particular, W3E has developed an expertise in the area of recycled water projects involving treatment, distribution, and customer retrofits. W3E is proficient in providing services that meet the specialized needs of our clients in all aspects of water resource engineering.
